Hooked On Fishing Mate is an application designed to be a useful tool that every fisherman needs to take with them out on the water. Hooked On Fishing Mate gives the user the latest up to date weather data at the users current location. The user will be able to select any location around Australia for the latest Weather, Almanac, Tide charts, Radar, Sea Temperature and Satellite images.

What makes this application stand out is that the user can take a single photo of their catch and with that one photo taken, the application will record the Time, Tide, Moon Phase, Barometer when the fish was caught and also the GPS location.

This enables the user to have a complete fishing log of their catch just by a click of a button. This is a very useful tool when the user of the application needs to find the data for a fish which was caught at an earlier date.
